Sandra in ‘all girl’ Ocean’s 11

It’s the iconic heist film that starred Frank Sinatra in 1960 then George Clooney in 2001. But now Sandra Bullock will be the new lead in a female-based reboot of Ocean’s Eleven, according to The Playlist.

Hunger Games filmmaker Gary Ross is to direct the reboot, which may even see George make an appearance as Danny Ocean, the website added.

It is believed filming will begin once Gary has completed The Free State Of Jones, which is now in post-production. The robbery film was first released in 1960 as Ocean’s 11 and starred Frank Sinatra and Dean Martin. Decades later, a remake was released in 2001 with George, Brad Pitt and Matt Damon attached, which was followed with two sequels.
