Mauritius Commercial Bank sees bid to deprive it of its legitimate claims

Hyderabad: The Mauritius Commercial Bank alleged that there was a deliberate attempt to defeat its legitimate claims as it was pursuing an execution of a United Kingdom High Court order against Sujana Industries.

While adjourning the case, Justice R. Subhash Reddy of the High Court issued notices to the directors seeking their stand on the contempt petition.
