Mumbai: Bollywood superstar Salman Khan and his beautiful co-star Sonam Kapoor attended the ‘Aaj Unse Milna Hai’ song launch fromtheir upcoming film ‘Prem Ratan Dhan Payo’ in New Delhi, on Wednesday.

At the launch event, the stars were asked a number of questions ranging from their film to the on-going ‘intolerance’ issue in the country. The actor, who got into trouble the last time for voicing his opinion Yakub Memon's hanging, found himself in a sticky situation again when a journalist asked him to comment on the whole Shah Rukh Khan fiasco that has caught everyone’s interest.

However, before Salman could give any answer to this question, his co-star, Sonam Kapoor came to his rescue. The actress shut the question down by saying,  "Anything that is intolerant or hearsay that is said without correct evidence is completely unacceptable. People are just saying anything and spouting things out in the name of religion, caste and creed. It is really disgusting. We should focus on Prem Ratan Dhan Payo. It is a film about love and tolerance."

However, when probed even further, the Salman had a perfect reply to all the queries. He said, “I can only say that my mother is Susheela Charak and my father is Salim Khan. I am Salman Khan and she is Sonam Kapoor. Hum sab yahaan eik saath baithey hain, koi farq padta hai kya.”

The star went on to explain saying that he along with his fellow Bollywood stars were all ‘Hindustani’ and that such questions made no difference. Like always, the actor ended the discussion on a lighter note saying that Shah Rukh Khan always gets him into trouble. He said that SRK voices his opinions and then it is left to him to go out and support him.
