Anupam Kher will lead artists’ rally to Rashtrapati Bhavan

Mumbai: Actor Anupam Kher, who had criticised the filmmakers returning their awards to protest “rising intolerance” in the country, is set to lead a tolerance debate march to the President’s house to counter it.
The 60-year-old actor said the march will take place on November 7 and will include artists, writers and painters. “We all have to speak up. Otherwise sometimes lies repeated constantly do tend to sound like truth.:),” he tweeted.
“Will give details about our March to the Rashtrapati Bhavan on 7th by artists, writers, painters etc by tomorrow.:) #ToleranceDebate,” the actor wrote. The actor also came out in support of Shah Rukh Khan and tweeted, “Some members of the BJP really need to control their tongue & stop talking rubbish about @iamsrk.”
