The new patients will not be admitted from November 13
Hyderabad: The Telangana Super Specialty Hospitals Association has given a notice to Arogyasri department on Thursday evening that they will not admit the Arogyasri patients in 35 hospitals from November 15. The new patients will not be admitted from November 13.
The notice was given as the Arogyasri chief executive officer Dr Chandrasekar who had promised that the issues of delay in payments would be looked into, but so far the amounts being paid are very miniscule and the hospitals are not wanting to continue in this manner.
A senior member of TSHA said, “The success of Arogyasri was the prompt payment, but that is not happening from May. The hospitals threatened to discontinue from August 30 onwards but were assured payment.”
