Mumbai: The hotly anticipated song from Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s ‘Bajirao Mastani’ was ‘Pinga’ which featured Deepika Padukone-Priyanka Chopra’s jugalbandi. The song which was launch on Sunday, failed to match up to our expectations.

The lyrics of ‘Pinga’ have been penned down by Siddharth Garima whereas the music is by Sanjay Leela Bhansali. The beautiful number has been crooned by Shreya Ghoshal and Vaishali Made. However, if you listen to it closely, you will realize that the tune and lyrics have almost been directly lifted from the old famous Marathi song ‘Latpat’ from V Shantaram’s film ‘Amar Bhoopali’ (1951).
