Vyapam scam: Supreme Court issues notice to MP Governor
SC has also issued notices to the state government seeking a response in three weeks

New Delhi: The Supreme Court on Friday issued a noticed to Madhya Pradesh Governor Ram Naresh Yadav, who is an accused in the Vyapam scam, seeking his response on the plea seeking his removal.
A PIL has been filed seeking to set up guidelines on whether Yadav should continue as governor despite the allegations of corruption against him.
The apex court has also issued notices to the state government seeking a response in three weeks.
The MP Governor is one of the accused in the multi-level MP Professional Examination Board (PEB), popularly called Vyapam, scam.
His son Shailesh, also an accused in the scam, is among those who died under mysterious circumstances.
