Kamal’s next named in Telugu?
The movie, which will be wrapped up in a short span of time will commence its shooting next year
It was announced recently that Kamal Haasan would be teaming up with Mollywood director Rajeev Kumar for a trilingual flick, which will be shot in the US. Amala Akkineni will share the screen with Ulaganayagan in a movie after a hiatus of 27 years. The last time both of them joined hands was for Vettri Vizha in 1989. Interestingly, it was the same year that Rajeev directed Kamal for the first time in the Malayalam flick Chanakyan.
We now hear that the movie, billed as a quickie like Thoongavanam, will be a family romantic drama, which has ample scope for comedy — the Telugu version has been titled Amma Naana Aata. Yet another veteran actress Zarina Wahab will play a crucial role in the movie, which is likely to start shooting from 2016.
