Aditya Narayan, popular as a child artist and son of singer Udit Narayan will make a comeback in films with Banjo after last being seen in Shaapit in 2010, which was his launch vehicle as a serious actor.

Before that, he was seen as a child actor in Rangeela (1995), Pardes (1997) and Jab Pyaar Kisise Hota Hai (1998). His song Tatad Tatad became quite the rage in Goliyon ki Raasleela Ram Leela last year.

Actor Riteish Deshmukh and Nargis Fakhri will be seen coming together for the film as the lead pair.

Nargis, apparently, was chosen for the role since the story features an Indian girl who lives abroad and Nargis fit the bill.

Producer Krishika Lulla confirmed the news and said, “Banjo is a very interesting project and is being directed by renowned Marathi director Ravi Jadhav. Aditya Narayan will play an important part in the movie which stars Riteish Deshmukh and Nargis Fakhri in the lead.”
