Sanjay Dutt to make a cameo in his own biopic?

Mumbai: According to recent reports, the much talked about biopic on Sanjay Dutt by filmmaker Rajkumar Hirani will see the actor himself making an appearance.

The film, which stars actor Ranbir Kapoor in the lead role, is all set to go on floors next year. A source told a daily that Sanjay and Manaayata have the complete creative control over the script and Rajkumar will be showing the rushes to the actor at every point. Sanjay Dutt is expected to make an entry during the end. Will the news surely is exiciting, how the scene will be crafted is still being worked out.

It is believed that Sanjay often used to share his life’s story with Rajkumar Hirani, as the two share a good bond with each other. When Rajkumar Hirani shared his views on portraying Sanjay’s intense journey on the big screen, the actor suggested Ranbir Kapoor’s name for the lead role.

While there are rumours that Sanjay Dutt was paid 5 crore for the biopic on his life, new reports suggest otherwise. According to the deal, Sanjay agreed on letting Rajkumar Hirani make a biopic on one condition; to make a third instalment of Munnabhai series titled ‘Munnabhai Chale Amreeka’ after the actor completes his jail sentence.
