Ellie Goulding’s on a break

British pop star Ellie Goulding has reportedly taken a break from her relationship with fellow musician Dougie Poynter, with sources saying they needed to focus on their careers and “work commitments”.

 

A source told The Mirror, “They are taking a break. Their work commitments have meant they have been spending more and more time away from each other and it has made it difficult to maintain their relationship.” The source added that while the two have “hit a rough patch”, the couple are hoping that the distance will help them get through it.
