London: Parents of Muslim students are considering legal action against a British school which had asked students to pray outside in the rain. According to reports, the Mirfield Free Grammar and Sixth Form school had allegedly forced its Muslim students to pray outside.

The parents have claimed that their children were drenched in the rain after the school restricted them from praying indoors. Moreover, the students have also claimed that the school had punished them for praying inside and even issued warnings for the same.

Pictures of the incident that went viral showed how the children were forced to pray on the grass outside the school. Parents of the children said that they will take legal action against the school. They feel that this incident has been going on since October 2014 when the school had restricted the students from using the school hall for prayers.

However, the school has rubbished the rumours of restricting students from praying in the hall.
