The Comedy Wildlife Photography Awards showcases various animals captured in hilarious and funny poses.
"The finalists should be very proud of themselves, as should the animals they photographed, simply for looking so funny. Sadly there is no way of telling them," he added.
“The number and quality of the entries was fantastic,” judge and British comedian Hugh Dennis told Peta Pixel.

Julian Rad, the Austrian photographer responsible for the winning hamster image, was awarded with an impressive array of prizes, including a trophy, a Nikon D750 camera and a seven-day guided photo safari trip to Tanzania.

Judges for the competition were Kate Humble, the TV presenter and Hugh Dennis, the famous comedian known for his role in BBC sitcom Outnumbered.
The competition was founded by Joynson-Hicks to celebrate the silliest photos in the field.

The competition was for anyone with outrageous and weird photos animals doing, well, funny stuff.
Entries to participate in this competition closed on 1st October 2015.
