Justice A. Hariprasad considered the case and sought to know the state government's stand and posted it for a detailed hearing on Wednesday.
Aluva police registered a case against Mr Natesan under Section 153 A (1)(A) of IPC after he made the controversial speech on the death of Naushad, who tried to save two dying men from a manhole.

Adv C. C. Thomas appearing for Natesan argued that though the petitioner was not arrested till date and he apprehended arrest due to political enmity.
The leaders who are afraid of the new political party formed by SNDP are trying to malign the petitioner in different ways.
