Oru Murai Vanthu to be the title

The starting lines of a song from the cult film Manichitrathazhu, Oru Murai Vanthu Parthaya, will be the title of the film to be directed by debutant Sajan Mathew.

Starring Unni Mukundan in the lead, the film stars a newcomer as the heroine. Talking about the film, Sajan says, “It is a romantic comedy and the subject is linked to the title and not because it is catchy.

There is a surprise element because of which I cannot reveal too much of the story line. Unni’s character plays a general maintenance man who looks after plumbing, electrical works and other sundry works in a village.” The locations are Palakkad and Kollengode and the others in the cast include Kalpana, Sudheer Karamana, Sudhi Kopa etc in prominent roles.
