Riteish Deshmukh to play Chhatrapati Shivaji in his next

Mumbai: Actor Riteish Deshmukh, who was last seen on the silver screen in 'Bangistan' has announced his next home production 'Chhatrapati Shivaji'. The film will be directed by Ravi Jadhav. Reportedly, Riteish will play the iconic Maratha warrior Chhatrapati Shivaji in the film.

 

The actor took to Twitter to reveal the news and wrote: "Proud to announce that Mumbai Film Company's @mfc #ChhatrapatiShivaji will be directed by Ravi Jadhav @meranamravi".

This calls for a double celebration since Mrs. Deshmukh is expecting her second child and the would be daddy ahs announced his next home production.
