The leopard was first spotted hiding behind bushes and then he suddenly attacked three people.

The leopard then strayed into a house and the local people locked the door form outside. Forest official K.P. Pathak said they were waiting for additional equipment and force before going to the village. Sources said that local residents have gathered around the house in large numbers to catch a glimpse of the big cat from the window.

“People are taking photographs, videos and even selfies form the window which is apparently irritating the leopard but there is little we can do until the forest officials arrive,” said Hanuman Singh ,a  local resident.
