Keltron bags KSEB solar deal

Keltron's power electronics unit at Karakulam in Thiruvananthapuram will be undertaking the work.

Thiruvananthapuram: Kerala State Electronics Development Corporation (Keltron) has bagged a Rs 25.98-crore deal from Kerala State Electricity Board for  According to a statement from KELTRON, a three-megawatt plant would be installed at  Barapole in Kannur. Keltron's power electronics unit at Karakulam in Thiruvananthapuram will be undertaking the work.
 
Keltron is already implementing a 400-kilowatt solar PV project for KSEB at Padinjarathara dam in Wayanad. 
 
Keltron has the accreditation as a programme administrator from the ministry of new and renewable energy for implementing solar power projects across the country.
