‘Darshan for all’ is motto on December 31: Tirumala Tirupati Devasthanams
The TTD executive officer was reviewing arrangements to meet the expected New Year rush
TIRUPATI: TTD executive officer Dr D. Sambasiva Rao has told the head of various departments to extend more qualitative services to pilgrims visiting the Lord Venkateswara temple on January 1. “Darshan for all” on New Year’s day should be the motto, he said.
“It may be a single day event, but is a challenging tas, thousands of devotees throng the temple. I should see a direct line for darshan till the night of December 31 starting from today. All senior officers should be available inside the temple to streamline the pilgrim crowd on January 1," he told officials.
The TTD executive officer was reviewing arrangements to meet the expected New Year rush with heads of departments along with Tirumala JEO K.S. Sreenivasa Raju and other officials.
