Mumbai: Amitabh Bachchan has camped himself in Kolkata for over a month now, shooting for ‘Te3n’ that is being produced by Sujoy Ghosh. The actor has been sharing a number of photos from the set and is working round the clock to wrap up the scheduled shoot in time.

Back in Mumbai, ‘Wazir’ is up for its much-awaited release, but with Mr. Bachchan away, rumours are running wild that the star is distancing himself from the project. However, he has put an end to all the rumours.

Believe it or not, but on 31st December, when everyone was rushing off for their New Year celebrations, Mr. Bachchan agreed to do radio interviews at his residence in Mumbai. Yes, known for his professionalism, Amitabh took some time out to promote ‘Wazir’ and called on for an impromptu interview. That obviously puts an end to all rumours about him being unavailable for the project.

A friend of the actor told us that he is also under the weather. “ Mr. Bachchan has cold and cough, he ideally needs to rest but he is out there giving time to his professional commitments. He took time from the shoot in Kolkata to get some rest in Mumbai, but when he returned back, he gave time to promote ‘Wazir’ instead. While we speak, he is in talks with the team of ‘Wazir’ about the upcoming promotional activities.”

Tomorrow there is another ‘Wazir’ event and once it is done, Amitabh heads straight to the airport to fly back to Kolkata.

Mr Bachchan, get well soon.
