Sharmila Reddy gets set to campaign
The YSR Congress will be contesting GHMC elections.

Hyderabad: The YSR Congress will be contesting GHMC elections. Its leader Y.S. Sharmila Reddy will address Assembly segment wise public meetings in the coming days, YSRC vice-president K. Shiva Kumar informed media on Monday. He said Ms Sharmila Reddy will also take up Paramarsa Yatra in city for three days starting from Tuesday. “Sharmila will console 18 families during this phase of the yatra and on Tuesday she will visit Serili-ngampally, Qutubul-lapur, Kukatpally and Malkajagiri Assembly constituencies.
On the next day, she will visit Manikeswar Nagar in Secunderabad, Uppal and Khairatabad and will round it up on January 7 by visiting Khairatabad and Jubilee Hills constituencies and console family members of 18 houses, he said. In every constituency, there will be a public meet and she will highlight the development of Greater Hyderabad as an effort of YSR who has developed Outer Ring Road (ORR), Shamshabad airport and bringing of Godavari waters to city, he said adding that the Party would contest in the GHMC elections. Details of how many seats party going to contest will be informed at a later stage after issue of election notification.
