Maruti's compact SUV is Brezza

It will compete with Ford EcoSport, Mahindra TUV300, Renault Duster and Hyundai Creta.

India's largest carmaker Maruti Suzuki India will unveil its new compact SUV Vitara Brezza� in the Delhi Auto Expo next month.

New Delhi: India’s largest carmaker Maruti Suzuki India will unveil its new compact SUV ‘Vitara Brezza’ in the Delhi Auto Expo next month. It will compete with Ford EcoSport,  Mahindra TUV300, Renault Duster and Hyundai Creta which are priced in the range of Rs 6.79 lakh to Rs 13.77 lakh (ex-showroom Delhi).

“Brezza, Italian for ‘fresh breeze’, will be launched in the Indian market a few weeks after the Delhi Auto Expo,” said Maruti Suzuki. The first sketch of Vitara Brezza points to a stylish compact SUV, designed to especially appeal the urban SUV customer. On the exterior, the designer has captured the essence of an SUV profile and infused it with the dynamism of urban vehicles. “Balanced proportion supported by square wheel arches, short overhangs, high ground clearance and upright hood gives the vehicle a confident stance,” it said.
