Arkade Developers IPO From Sept. 16

 Mumbai: Mumbai based realty firm Arkade Developers announced Rs 410 crore initial public offering in the price band of Rs 121 to Rs 128 per equity share of Rs 10 face value. The IPO opens on Sept.16 and closes on Sept. 19, 2024. Arkade is raising funds by issuing fresh equity shares to fund development expenses( Rs 250 crore),and funding acquisition of land for new real estate projects and for general corporate purposes.The company made a pre-IPO placement of over 1.62 million shares at Rs 123 per equity share aggregating to Rs 20 crore.
