Mercedes launches Sport Edition of A-Class, CLA and GLA in India
The vehicles, which come with sport edition badge and, sport pedals, will be available only for a limited time period until July 10.
New Delhi: German luxury carmaker Mercedes-Benz on June 12 launched special edition variants of A-Class, GLA and CLA in India, priced between Rs 25.95 lakh and Rs 35.26 lakh (ex-showroom Mumbai) to commemorate UEFA Euro Championship, which kicked off in France last week.
"The new Sport Edition of the A-Class, CLA and GLA celebrates the spirit of the UEFA EURO 2016 in India. This is a celebration of our new generation cars which epitomises sportiness, dynamism and agility not only on but also off the field," Mercedes-Benz India Managing Director & CEO Roland Folger said in a statement.
With the sport edition the company aims to offer the young population and millennials, as well as all sports enthusiasts an irresistible product to suit their unique lifestyle and taste, he added.
"We are confident that our customers will appreciate and adore these sporty versions as much as we do," Folger said.
The vehicles, which come with sport edition badge and, sport pedals, will be available only for a limited time period until July 10. The sports edition of A180 is priced at 25.95 lakh while that of A200d is tagged at 26.95 lakh.
The CLA 200 is priced at 33.24 lakh, CLA 200d at 34.25 lakh, the GLA 200 at 34.23 lakh and GLA 200d is priced at 35.26 lakh.
