BMW G 310 R to get optional accessories
The list consists of various elements that will enable the rider to kit out the motorcycle to their liking.
BMW Motorrad's debutant in the 300cc space, the G310R is expected to hit showroom floors by the festive season this year. The motorcycle is the result of collaboration between the German automaker and TVS Motors. Reports suggest that the upcoming bike will be offered with a laundry list of accessories that buyers can choose from.
The list consists of various elements that will enable the rider to kit out the motorcycle to their liking. It will be offered with a rear-rack that will come in two topcase options- a standard 29-litre and a 30-litre case finished in granite metallic grey shade, and inner bags for the topcase. Buyers will also get two different seat options with one being a soft seat and another with a lower height. Moreover, the bike will have an option of a centre stand, a 12-volt socket for mobile charging, and LED turn blinkers.
The BMW G 310 R is powered by a 313cc liquid cooled, fuel injected, single-cylinder engine. It churns out 34PS of power at 9,500 rpm and 28Nm of peak torque at 7,500rpm and is mated to a 6-speed transmission. The manufacturer have claimed a top speed of 160kmph.
This naked motorcycle developed by the German manufacturer has been creating quite a buzz for a while now. Expected to be priced around Rs 2.5 lakh (ex-showroom), the G310R is expected to be launched in October this year, and will rival the likes of the KTM Duke 390 and the Benelli TNT 300.
