New Audi S5 Sportback Platinum Edition launched at Rs 81.57 lakh

Pune: Audi, the German luxury car maker, has launched the Audi S5 Sportback Platinum Edition at Rs 81.57 lakh at pan India showroom to cash in on the ongoing festive season which accounts for nearly 20-25 per cent of the total annual sales.
The Audi S5 Sportback competes with the BMW M340i, which is priced at Rs 71.50 lakh.
Audi S5 Sportback Platinum Edition gets matrix LED headlights with laser light technology, a black styling package which brings black detailing on the front grille and windowline, red brake calipers with the ‘S’ lettering and LED sills with the ‘S’ logo projection on the ground.
Inside, the luxury car gets Audi’s sports seats plus with a massage function, magma red nappa leather upholstery and carbon-fibre trim pieces.
Other features include a 10.1-inch touchscreen with Audi’s MMI infotainment system, a 12.3-inch digital instrument cluster, 3-zone auto climate control, a panoramic sunroof, stainless steel pedals and an ‘S’ sports suspension with damper control.
The coupe is powered by a 3.0-litre V6 turbo-petrol engine that produces 354hp and 500Nm and it is paired with an 8-speed torque converter automatic gearbox, which sends power to all four wheels via Audi’s Quattro all-wheel-drive system. The Audi S5 Sportback sprints from 0-100 kph in 4.8 seconds.
