24/7 Road-side assistance program introduced by TVS

In the first phase of the programme, it has been launched across 70 cities in India and in the second phase, it will be expanded to 200 cities across the country.

TVS Motors has introduced a 24/7 Road-Side Assistance Programme (RSA) for its customers in the country. In the first phase of the programme, it has been launched across 70 cities in India and in the second phase, it will be expanded to 200 cities across the country. The services of the second phase will start by October 2016. To avail the benefits of this programme, the customers need to either dial 1800 419 2077 or connect through the TVSM Service App.  

This initiative has been taken by TVS in order to resolve the on-road problems faced by its customers, which, it hopes will be solved through a 24/7 helpline and personal assistance. The services include spare key pick-up, fuel delivery, on-site repair, cab arrangement, accident assistance and towing of vehicles. There are over 28 million TVS owners who will now get benefits through this program. TVS has already started to receive a positive response from its customers through the 24/7 (RSA) .

The RSA will be applicable to every TVS vehicle, old or new, but the vehicle should be under warranty. The company will offer this assistance free of cost. TVS claims that it will roll out this Assistance program to every city in India by March 2017.
