Mordor Intelligence acquires 51% share in Global Market Insights Group
The company did not disclose the deal size but said it planned to acquire an additional 25 per cent by March 2024
Hyderabad: City-based market intelligence player Mordor Intelligence said it had acquired 51 per cent of Pune-based market intelligence firm Global Market Insights (GMI) Group. The company did not disclose the deal size but said it planned to acquire an additional 25 per cent by March 2024.
“Clients want in-depth market intelligence, and it requires investments in human capital. We believe this investment underscores our growth vision, and the tremendous opportunity ahead,” said Bharadwaj Reddy, founder and chief executive officer of Mordor Intelligence.
Mordor has 550 professionals and has 10,000 market insight projects delivered to over 6500 clients. GMI, with a US subsidiary and 200 professionals, delivers syndicated and custom research reports to 3000 clients globally.
