A few noteworthy i-Green features of this project unique to the Ashar Group include usage of safe and sustainable building materials like odourless paints with low VOCs and full height heat reflective and heat resistant glass windows in all rooms, energy efficient light fixtures, dual flush and low flow water faucets, solar powered water heating, etc.
Ashar Edge will also look to contribute to the sustainability of environment through intelligent features like rainwater harvesting, waste segregation and composting i.e. converting organic waste into natural fertilizers to be used in landscaping and kitchen garden pit. Sewage Treatment Plant (STP) installed for reusing wastewater for landscaping etc.
The residential complex also integrates state of the art safety features for its inhabitants like smoke and gas leak detectors in every kitchen; sensors for common enclosed amenity areas, boom barrier security gate, smart access RFID cards or biometrics, IP based CCTV cameras, video door phones, etc.

Construction wise, Ashar Edge comprises 3 different types of configuration: 1 BHK (Type 1), 1 BHK (Type 2) and 2 BHK. While the 1 BHKs will have around 425 sq. ft net usable area sq. ft of net carpet area, the 2 BHK iterations will emerge 653 sq. ft. net usable area including enclosed balconies and flower beds in all the bedrooms and living rooms. The project qualifies for affordable housing under PMAY scheme.
With Piramal Capital funding the project, cost of the apartments will vary at every level along with their engraved features.
Ashar Ventures has hired renowned design architect, ‘M/S Sandeep Shikre Associates and Architect’ to design along with other leading architects and Consultants like ‘M/S Joshi Deshaware and Associates’, ‘JW Consultants LLP’ and ‘Clancy Global Consulting Engineering’ to accomplish Ashar Edge.
