Hyderabad: As some people say rules are meant to be broken, high and mighty in the city have disregarded a bar on the entry of children below 18 years at aeroshow during the business days.

“When one of the highest functionary of the state himself does not respect the rule, what can we expect from others? Many top officials had brought their children during the business days. When the security personnel tried to stop them, they had either brushed aside their requests or picked up an argument with them. Finally, they had to relent and let them in,” an organiser said.

According to visitors, breaking of rules by higher officials does not reflect well on India’s image, especially at a high security event with delegates from 40 countries are participating.
