Suraksha Clinic & Diagnostic Announces ₹846 Crore IPO; Opens Nov 29

Mumbai: Suraksha Clinic & Diagnostic, a Kolkata-based healthcare company, has announced its initial public offering (IPO) worth ₹846 crore. The IPO, priced between ₹420 and ₹441 per equity share with a face value of ₹2 each, will open for subscription on November 29 and close on December 3, 2024.
The company specializes in pathology and radiology testing as well as medical consultations. As of June 30, 2024, it operates a robust network comprising a central reference laboratory, eight satellite laboratories, 49 diagnostic centres, and 166 sample collection centres across West Bengal, Bihar, Assam, and Meghalaya.
The IPO is entirely an offer for sale by the company's existing shareholders, including promoters and promoter group entities.
