Positron Energy SME IPO From August 12

Mumbai: Positron Energy engaged in management & technical advisory services of oil and gas industry announced Rs 51.21 crore initial public offering, entirely a fresh in the price band of Rs 238 to Rs 250 per equity share of Rs 10 face value.

The public issue opens on August 12 and closes on August 14, 2024 with shares set to be listed on the NSE Emerge platform for SME companies.

The net proceeds from the public issue will be utilised to meet working capital requirement like bank guarantees and general corporate purposes..
