All set for for PSLV launch at ISRO's Shar facility

Nellore: The stage is set for the launch of the Polar Satellite Launch Vehicle-C31/Indian Regional Navigation Satellite System (IRNSS-1E) Mission from the Satish Dhawan Space Centre, Shar, Sriharikota at 9.31 am on Wednesday.
The countdown has been progressing smoothly and propellant filling operations are being carried out under the supervision of senior scientists. The PSLV’s 33rd flight will place the fifth satellite of the Indian Regional Navigation Satellite System in Geosynchronous Transfer Obit.
Directors of all the centres of the Indian Space Research Organisation reached the Satish Dhawan Space Centre and are monitoring operations for the launch. The space port has been fortified in view of the launch and CISF men guarding all entry and exit points to Shar.
