Hyderabad: Newborn's body found at bus stop
The public saw a pack covered with flies when examined it they found the body of a boy.

Hyderabad: A newborn boy was found dead at the bus stop opposite Gandhi Hospital early on Wednesday. The baby was wrapped in a piece of white cloth.
Around 9.30 am on Wednesday the public saw a pack covered with flies. When they examined it they found the body of a boy. The child was dead.
“It was a newborn baby. We suspect someone who delivered the child at Gandhi hospital abandoned him in the lane behind the bus stop opposite Gandhi Hospital,” said inspector A. Sanjeev Kumar.
A case of abandonment of child under 12 by person responsible to provide care was registered and the body was sent for postmortem. Police is investigating the case.
