Bipasha and Karan will tie the knot in a low key ceremony, on April 30.
Engagement rumours ran wild when Bipasha was spotted with a huge diamond ring on her finger, post her New Year's break.
While this will be the first wedding for Bipasha Basu, it'll be the third marriage for Karan.
Bipasha and Karan met on the sets of the 2015 thriller 'Alone'.
