Nushrat Bharucha’s double 100
Nushrat had a fantastic 2019 as she delivered her second Rs 100 crore film. She scaled the same peak in 2018 with Sonu Ke Titu Ki Sweety.
Nushrat Bharucha is back from a break after the success of Dream Girl.
“I really had a good break. It was much needed,” says the actress, who is now looking forward to her next release Chhalaang with Rajkummar Rao. “I am eagerly waiting for the trailer and songs to come out. I have my fingers crossed,” she gushes.

“I am not the only one who is happy. We have had a dream run at the box office. The audiences have loved the film too. In fact, the director of Dream Girl — Raaj Shandilya was also making his debut as a director and he must be happy. And of course my producer Ekta Kapoor is also happy. And we are all happy for Ayushmann Khurrana as well,” says the Pyaar Ka Punchnama actress, who was paired with Kartik Aaryan for four films in a row.
Apart from Chhalaang, Nushrat will also be seen in the Sunny Kaushal starrer Huddang, directed by Nikhil Bhatt, in 2020.
