Juhi Chawla honoured by makers of Valerian and the City of a Thousand Planets

Mumbai: Juhi Chawla has surely gone well beyond an actor with her efforts for the work for betterment of the society, and for this work, the makers of ‘Valerian and the City of a Thousand Planets’ have rewarded her with an award. She has been awarded with the “Valerian for A Better Tomorrow” award.

She recently had created awareness about menace of using plastic and spoke on the ill-effects of the radiation through mobile phones. She is an active part of bettering the educational system as well.

Valerian being synonymous with Saviour, which is the chief motto of upcoming movie, ‘Valerian and the City of a Thousand Planets’, the team has handpicked Indian celebrities who are fighting for / saving the country against a social menace. Juhi Chawla receives this acknowledgment for her efforts for the improvement for the society.

Juhi commented with honour, saying, “Thank you for choosing me, Valerian of A Better Tomorrow, Thank you very much.”

Directed by Luc Besson, ‘Valerian and The City of A Thousand Planets’ is released in India on July 28.
