Friends from Hollywood took to Twitter to wish their Indian superstar friend on his birthday.
Mumbai: Hollywood director Paul Feig and his wife Laurie have wished superstar Shah Rukh Khan happiness and good health as he turned 51 today.
The 54-year-old filmmaker, who has helmed hit films like Bridesmaids, Ghostbusters, The Heat and Spy, showered his love on King Khan by calling him an amazing friend.
"Happy Birthday to our friend, the amazing @iamsrk! May your day be filled with laughter, music & cake. Lots of cake. Oh, and fries too," he wrote on Twitter.
Feig's wife Laurie also took to the micro-blogging site and wished the Chak De! star.
"Good morning India it is @iamsrk birthday!Hoping your day is as sunny and glorious as his. Wishing him health, happiness always.#thrills#king," she wrote.
Last year, Shah Rukh had extended an open invitation to Feig and his wife to visit his house.
That time Laurie tweeted that she hoped someday Paul is welcomed to Shah Rukh's house 'Mannat' in Mumbai.
Responding to that post, Shah Rukh also shared that he will keep French fries ready for the director.
