SRK not apple of Cook's eye

Tim Cook’s visit to the country recently was widely covered by the media, as was his welcome banquet that was organised by Bollywood star Shah Rukh Khan in Mumbai, earlier this month. Reports claimed that the actor had done so because he was in-line to become the face of the tech-giant’s promos in India, with many claiming that the announcement would be made with the launch of the next generation of iPhones this year. However, sources are now saying that this is not true, as the company doesn’t need any brand ambassadors here in India or anywhere else.
