Salman Khan puts Sultan on high speed
The actor wants to wrap up the film by May because he wants to start Kabir Khan's next, touted to be a social drama.
Salman Khan, who was earlier shooting only for four to five hours for Ali Abbas Zafar’s upcoming film Sultan has now decided to give more time to the project. We hear that he told the makers that he would not be able to give any dates to Sultan post May, so the shoot needs to wrap up by then.
A source said, “Salman will be giving more time to Sultan and finish the shoot in May because after this he has to start Kabir Khan’s next as that releases on Id next year.”
Apparently, the makers of Sultan had plans to shoot a song overseas but now, thanks to an earlier deadline, they will have to make do with Punjab. Kabir Khan’s next film has already been announced and Salman wants to lose no time in starting it.
Besides this, he has also committed to Kick-2, Atul Agnihotri’s untitled venture and a few other projects. Kabir’s film is still untitled. It was supposed to go on floors in October but is now starting in June.
A while ago, we had told you about Salman’s desire of associating himself with message-oriented films. We hear that Kabir’s film is a social drama, something on the lines of what Salman is looking at.
