Salman Khan and Aishwarya Rai Bachchan undoubtedly were one of the best on-screen couples Bollywood has seen.

In fact the two were even in a relationship before their ugly public spat, and since then, they have tried to avoid each other since many years just until few years back.

Salman has often given indirect hints that he still has feelings for Aishwarya, but for the first time since so many years, Aishwarya actually took Salman’s name in an interview, surprisingly in a question which didn’t even mention the actor’s name.

When asked if Aishwarya was apprehensive about playing sister to Shah Rukh Khan, she revealed to Bollywood Hungama, "I think the cast was meant to be Aamir (Khan) and Salman (Khan) at one point and eventually it became Shah Rukh and I think Aamir (Khan) at some point was to play Chandrachur (Singh)'s role. So the cast kept changing at different points of time but Sherly remained Sherly. So I had said yes to Mansoor (Khan)."

Interestingly Salman’s ‘Race 3’ and Aishwarya’s ‘Fanney Khan’ were going to clash at the box office but it was averted on time.
