Will never play a villain: Salman Khan

Since making his Bollywood debut nearly 30 years ago, actor Salman Khan has almost always played either the obedient son, the faithful lover, or the macho hero who saves the day. So far, we’ve never seen him playing a negative role, and we probably never will.

The superstar discloses that he doesn’t want to be a negative influence to the country’s youth, and so he won’t ever play a villain.

“Having worked in the film industry for so long, I have noticed that the youth often follow whatever a hero does. They blindly ape their favourite stars. That’s why I have decided never to play a villain on screen because people can get impressed by my actions, Salman says, adding, “I don’t want my fans to follow me and indulge in any wrong-doings.”
