SRK imitates Alia, declares Indian Prez is Narendra Modi on Koffee with Karan
The actor was his absolute witty best as he trolled Alia through the episode, incessantly.
Mumbai: Shah Rukh Khan is Karan Johar's 'hamper king' for a reason. Never has the actor lost the hamper when he's been on the couch. Again, for a reason. Said reason being, the man's inimitable and unmistakable wit and humour.
The actor, who appeared on Karan's 'Koffee with Karan' alongside his 'Dear Zindagi' co-star Alia Bhatt, absolutely owned the show and didn't spare even the hapless Alia, who had the entire internet up in 'meme arms' against her post her gaffe, the last time she appeared on it.
This time round, however, she was up against SRK himself, who didn't let her forget her gaffe, one moment.
During the rapid fire round, the two actors were asked questions, to be answered like the other person. When it was SRK's turn, Karan wryly enough asked the superstar who the president of India.
SRK readied himself, got into character and transformed into Alia. "I got this, I got this. I'm doing the newspaper in the morning," he declared.
As Alia looked aside to hide from the explosion waiting to happen, SRK answered, "Sri Narendra Modiji."
As Alia blushed with embarrassment, he went on, "Happy? Happy? Everyone knows now? I know. I know. I know."
One can't help but fall in love with the wit that this much loved actor has on him. We're sure, Alia being the sport that she is, won't disagree.
