Two in a month for Shilpa Shetty

The Dhadkan actress sure seemed to have missed working on sets of a film. Having taken a long break from films while enjoying her stint in reality television, Shilpa is back on film sets and with a bang, wrapping both her incomplete films Hungama 2 and Nikamma — all in a month.

A source tells us that Shilpa had earlier headed to Manali to shoot the second edition of Hungama with director Priyadarshan and the rest of the cast, including Paresh Rawal, Meezan Jaafery and Pranitha Subhash. She then took off to shoot for the Sabbir-Khan directorial Nikamma and wrapped that up too.

The film, also starring Abhimanyu Dassani and Shirley Setia, had a good wrap-up party this week when the crew and cast managed to quickly finish the balance portions of the movie.

A source even adds that Sabbir was shooting with both Abhimanyu and Shirley after which he shot with Shilpa as they made sure that the film was done and dusted.

“Both Hungama 2 and Nikamma have Shilpa in fun roles, and she is pretty good with comedy and wrapped her portions with consummate ease,” the source adds.
