Harshvardhan Rane bags two major awards, looks forward to 2017

The actor won Fresh Talent of the Year award and People's Choice Award for his two films- 'Sanam Teri Kasam' and 'Khamakha'.

Harshvardhan Rane wins two big awards.

Mumbai: Harshvardhan Rane has come a long way since the time he made his small screen debut in 'Left Right Left'. He recently bagged two big awards for his stellar performance in 'Sanam Teri Kasam' and a short film 'Khamakha'.

The actor won Fresh Talent of the Year award for his romantic film 'Sanam Teri Kasam' at Lions Gold Awards 2016, joining the likes of Aishwarya Rai Bachchan, Tiger Shroff and Govinda, and People’s Choice Award for 'Khamakha' as Best Short Film at the Jio Filmfare Short Film Awards 2017.

An elated Harshvardhan said, “Now I know what dreams with open eyes feel like. I'm glad 2017 has started with a bang of the first order with a black lady (referring to Filmfare trophy) in my single life."
