We hear the run time of the film starring Hrithik Roshan is around 150 minutes.
Mumbai: Ashutosh Gowariker Productions have made movies like Lagaan, Swades, Jodha Akbar, What’s Your Raashee and Khelein Hum Jee Jaan Sey. This year, Ashutosh is gearing up for an epic love story starring Hrithik Roshan and Pooja Hegde which is all set to release on 12th August this year. Mohenjo Daro is a very ambitious project helmed by the director.
When it comes to his movies, it is often said that the length of movies are very long. For instance, the run time of Lagaan was around 234 minutes (3 hours 54 minutes). Despite the long run time, we bet no one complained as the last hour of the film kept everyone on the edge of their seat. Then came Swades, which had a run time of approximately 210 minutes (3 hours 30 minutes), followed by Jodha Akbar which was 4 minutes longer than Swades i.e 214 minutes (3 hours 34 minutes). What’s Your Raashee and Khelein Hum Jee Jaan Sey had a run time of 213 minutes (3 hours 33 minutes) and 168 minutes (2 hour 48 minutes) respectively.
Now here’s the big news! We hear that Mohenjo Daro’s run time will be around 150 minutes (2 hours 30 minutes) only. This makes it the shortest film his production house has ever made. Yes, all the scenes are line up at the post production and Ashu has decided this movie will be the shortest movie of his career and will not be a long film like his previous projects.
We can’t wait to see the trailer of the film which is expected to come out next month.
