Raveena Tandon to voice Hanuman's mother in latest mythological animated flick

The film is the second in the Hanuman franchise and is said to be turning mythology into literature that the kids today will understand.

Mumbai: Raveena Tandon, who’s all set to fire up the silver screens with her performance in ‘Matr- The Mother,’ will soon be seen voicing Hanuman’s mother.

The actress will be seen lending her voice for an animated film called ‘Hanuman Da Damdar,’ where both Salman Khan and Raveena Tandon will be giving voice overs to the animated characters in the film.

While Salman will be portraying the grown up Hanuman with a heart of gold, Raveena Tandon will be essaying the role of little Hanuman’s mother.

"The film is all about young Hanuman's journey into becoming who he was meant to be, but at first he will be shown as any other kid, which will make the kids relate a lot with him," shared our source.

The film directed by Ruchi Narain is the second in the Hanuman franchise and is said to be turning mythology into literature that the kids today will understand and appreciate.

Releasing on the 19th of may, ‘Hanuman Da Damdar’ is already quite high on emotions and rusk.
