'While the dogs bark, the caravan passes on': Ayesha Shroff on RGV comments on Tiger
The latter released an audio in which RGV is heard calling Tiger “a transgenderâ€.
He’s done it again. Filmmaker and part-time Twitter troll, Ram Gopal Varma has abused Tiger Shroff for the second time in a row. The first time when Ramu took on Tiger was when the director commented on the young actor posing as a “bikini babe”. This time, he went on a rant in a series of tweets, challenging actor Vidyut Jammval to engage in a street fight with Tiger Shroff. He tweeted, “As a martial arts fan am really curious about who’s better fighter btwn @iTIGERSHROFF and @VidyutJammwal (sic).” He further added, “My bet is on @iTIGERSHROFF and am sure he will prove he’s Bruce Lee ka baap by destroying @VidyutJammwal in an open challenge real fight (sic).” As a reply to his tweets, Vidyut posted an audio clip, where the filmmaker can be heard calling Tiger a “transgender”. “I think Tiger Shroff is a woman, I think he is a transgender. You (Vidyut) are the biggest, greatest man I ever saw in my life,” he says. He then adds, “Tiger Shroff is the greatest woman I saw in my life.” To which Vidyut says, “Why are putting us together, sir (sic)?”
While Tiger has refused to comment, his family members have spoken on his behalf. Jackie Shroff, who is part of Varma’s new film Sarkaar 3, said, “What can I say? My son has such an effect on some people that they leave their work to comment on my li’l cub.” Tiger’s sister Krishna reacted angrily, “I couldn’t be prouder of my brother for already having such a massive effect on people who have been in the game for far longer than he has this early on in his career. He’s killing it.” But it’s mom, Ayesha who has the final word. “While the dogs bark, the caravan passes on,” she said.
