Salman to reunite with Katrina in Ek Tha Tiger's sequel, Tiger Zinda Hai
The film will be helmed by Salman's ' Sultan' director Ali Abbas Zafar.
Mumbai: Salman Khan’s had a monster hit in ‘Sultan’ this year and his upcoming films are already amongst the most awaited. And now, it’s been confirmed that Salman, who’ll feature in Kabir Khan’s ‘Tubelight,’ will return as Tiger in Kabir’s sequel to the hit ‘Ek Tha Tiger’. The film will be helmed by Salman’s ‘Sultan’ director Ali Abbas Zafar.
The film will apparently follow Salman’s Tiger aka Manish Chandra aka Avinash Singh Rathore, from ‘Ek Tha Tiger,’ and will trace the lows and highs in the life of the secret agent.
And what's more! The film will also have leading lady Katrina Kaif reprise her role as the spy’s partner in crime. The rest of the cast is yet to confirmed, though.
There are also reports doing the rounds that Salman would also be aging up to 70 years of age.
Abbas, who took to twitter to reveal the big news on Bakhri Eid, as a treat to the star’s humongous fan following, revealed that the film will release during Christmas, 2017.
‘Ek Tha Tiger,’ upon release, had broken many a box office record.
