A plot leak and poetry recital by Big B, where he will read poem by renowned lyricist and poet Tanveer Ghazi, is keeping Pink in the news.
The plot of the much-talked about film, Pink has been let out. And while everyone has been speculating about the film, here is some inside information (without giving away the entire story) about what the gist of the film is.
That actresses Taapsee Pannu, Kriti Kulhari and Andrea Taring play important roles in the film is known, but what’s new is that one of the three is raped and murdered, while the other goes in search of the murderers. And Pink depicts her quest and thought process.
The music of Pink too has received excellent reviews from music lovers, especially the number Kaari Kaari, written by renowned lyricist and poet Tanveer Ghazi The climax of the film features a poem of Ghazi’s — Tu khudh ki khoj mein chal, tu kis liye hai udhas, which will be recited by Big B himself.
Recalls Tanveer, “Before recording this poem, Amitabh Bachchan called me up to discuss the technicality of the lyrics. He was keen to know the thought process behind this poem and whether it needed some aggression when he read the lines. I was really awestruck to hear Amitji’s voice and the humility with which he discussed the poem.” It is believed that this poetic number will be launched on Jhalak Dikhlaja this week by Amitabh.
